Docente at Old School House is a combination of 95 single-family homes, 2-story condos and townhomes with Spanish influences set within the quaint town of Claremont, CA.
Collaborated closely with the client from the project's inception to develop a holistic plan encompassing everything from identity to marketing implementation. This early involvement allowed our team to engage with all aspects of the project's development, resulting in the creation of an targeted package that embodied the project's core values. The brand book established a unified tone, ensuring a seamless and interconnected experience across all facets of the project.

The Isle, located in highly desirable Newport Beach, CA, replaced a dilapidated apartment complex with the first new home development in the area in ten years. Part of the Mariner Shores community, The Isle encompasses 36, 3-story townhomes designed and built by Intracorp Homes.
Worked in partnership with the client prior to breaking ground to conceptualize a comprehensive plan from naming to marketing execution. By working on the project from its initiation, our team was able to collaborate with all partners involved in the development to create a very comprehensive package that became a guide for all that the project stood for. The brand book set the tone, so every aspect of the experience felt seamless and connected.

The Place is a 386 unit for-rent community in the heart of Downtown Nashville, part of the mixed-use project called Fifth + Broadway, built by Brookfield Properties. Offering a unique downtown living experience rich in well-appointed amenities, including a music studio and resort-style rooftop pool overlooking the historic Ryman Auditorium and Honky Tonk Row.
Over a five-year period managed and executed all aspects of marketing from pre-development to Grand Opening and beyond. Created events and PR to build awareness of the living opportunity to ensure lease-up momentum was strong upon opening. Conducted a fashion/lifestyle photo shoot featuring the stunning amenity spaces and penthouse apartment. Marketed as a separate entity, as well as part of the overall project.

The Larson Group collaborated with one of California’s largest owners of multifamily communities in order to brand their extensive Orange County and San Diego portfolios in a regionalized manner. We designed a brand ID specifically to appeal to a more targeted audience, rather than the entire CA portfolio as had been done in the past. The LIVE NEWPORT BEACH campaign was developed to feature ten communities with a coastal lifestyle message. The creative is flexible in achieving an ad featuring all NB communities, a tiered message including several properties, or a single community highlight. Further, the campaign is workable and can be refined across a variety of mediums from print to digital. We conducted photo shoots at all ten properties to ensure a cohesive feel with the imagery. The result is a fresh and inviting look that beckons those desiring an OC ocean-close lifestyle.

A luxurious living experience in the heart of River Oaks District in Houston, TX. Offering residents a home within a mixed-use project offering high-end designer retail, dining, entertainment and Class-A office space.
Commissioned to refresh the current campaign including website and brochure, to be more intuitive for the end user. Further, bridge the River Oaks District campaign with Grey House to make it apparent they were part of the overall mixed-use project.

Centrally located in the heart of Silicon Valley in Mountain View, CA. Verve is a modern, luxurious living experience with thoughtfully designed amenities, built by UDR.
Worked on overall concept to develop a name, identity and creative campaign for this unique, intimate community targeting techies. Modern graphics, paired with saturated imagery, exudes a spirit of vitality reflected in the environment of the property.
BRAND STRATEGY – IDENTITY
An adaptive re-use high-rise residential building located in Downtown LA. Originally completed in 1926 as office, was redeveloped into loft style apartment living.
Engaged to create the brand strategy and identity which needed to marry together the story of old Hollywood glamour with a modern take, expressing to future residents how amazing this reimagined building would be.

The Larson Group was tasked to regionalize one of California’s largest owners of multifamily communities within San Diego. Here the properties were divided into two areas: Mission Valley and La Jolla. We designed a campaign for each region in order to hone in on the specific and unique markets in which the communties are located. La Jolla can be seen on our website.
